Projects and estimates

Lexacore Creative Studios provides design and related creative services. An inquiry or estimate request begins a discussion. Project scope, final price, deliverables, and timing are agreed for the individual project. Website design pricing is a starting price. Final pricing depends on your project's scope and features.

Your information and materials

Provide accurate contact and project information. You are responsible for having permission to use the text, logos, photos, and other materials you supply. Share any applicable usage restrictions before work begins.

Orders and payment

Review your selection and total before confirming payment through Square. Contact us promptly about order errors, cancellations, refunds, or billing questions. Any project-specific payment, cancellation, or refund terms should be agreed before proceeding.

Proofs and approval

Review proofs carefully, including spelling, dates, contact details, and layout. Send corrections before final approval. Changes requested after approval may require an additional estimate.

Flyer subscriptions

When subscription enrollment is available, review and accept the recurring price and billing terms at checkout. Plans include unlimited revisions on the original concept before final approval. A wholly new design counts as a new flyer. Free revisions end after final approval. Printing is billed separately. Unused flyers expire monthly and do not roll over. Contact us about subscription changes, cancellation, and discounted additional flyers.

Printing

Printing orders open January 7, 2027. Printing specifications, quantities, and applicable delivery details are reviewed as part of the order or estimate.

Rights and delivery

Ask us to confirm the usage rights, file formats, and any source-file delivery requirements for your project before work begins. Third-party fonts, images, platforms, and services may have their own licensing or account terms.
